Customer: CSTT-AO (H/O in Senegal, with divisions in South Africa)
Afrilog and Multilog, together with various other companies are part of the CSTT-AO group in Dakar, Senegal. They provide logistics and procurement services with their major clients being in mining.
The Project: The organisation wanted to implement additional functionality, but realized that SAP ECC had limitations. They embarked on an upgrade project to migrate to SAP HEC and upgraded to SAP S/4HANA. The MOVE to SAP S/4HANA allowed them to improve reporting as well as the integration to their customers. Next steps include an extensive SAP Embedded Transportation Management, Event Management and Integration project, including use of the SAP Business Technology Platform Integration Suite.

Customer: Delta Corporation (Zimbabwe)
Delta is principally a beverages company with a diverse portfolio of local and international brands. The Coca-Cola franchise covers the activities of associate entity Schweppes Holdings Africa Limited which focuses on cordials, juice drinks, water and downstream agricultural value chain activities such as Beitbridge Juice Company and Best Fruit Processors. The alcoholic beverages portfolio also includes African Distillers Limited, which manufactures wines, spirits and ciders.
The Project: the customer had a large SAP ECC installation with BW, ECC and various complex integration scenarios. The project was a migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. Due to the size of the database and the sensitivity of the customer business, it was critical to have as little downtime as possible.
Core innovations included migrating the Customer Interaction Centre to embedded functionality, upgrading the complex technical landscape to new servers and ensuring integration to third party solutions still worked. Embedded analytics was also added.
