Understanding hybrid Compensation templates

In this 20 minutes recording we show how hybrid Compensation templates work in SuccessFactors by going through the following steps :

1. Explanation of what it allows us to do (show EC and non-EC users on the same planning worksheet, typically Exempt and Non-Exempt employees in actual customer business cases).
2. How to turn an EC integrated template into a hybrid template.
3. How to create non-EC users.
4. How to edit Compensation data for non-EC users.
5. How to test a hybrid template.
